PRACHALA NIVAS @ BENGALURU
With a quiet confidence, this apartment building demonstrates how restraint can become its strongest design language. The architecture is intentionally minimal, allowing proportion, light, and detail to take centre stage. Large vertical windows puncture the façade, drawing generous daylight into the interiors while reinforcing the building’s clean, linear character.
A full-height aluminium stencil-cut panel is seamlessly integrated into the elevation, performing both a functional and aesthetic role. Designed to conceal plumbing lines, the panel transforms a practical necessity into a defining architectural feature. Carefully curated lighting animates this surface after dusk, creating a refined play of light and shadow that adds depth without visual excess. The result is a contemporary apartment façade that is thoughtful, purposeful, and elegantly composed—where design discipline elevates everyday function into architectural expression.

Located in Bengaluru, this apartment project reflects a quiet confidence through its restrained, contemporary expression. Designed for a well-known builder, the building embraces a minimal white façade punctuated by deep-set balconies and carefully proportioned openings, creating a strong play of light and shadow throughout the day. The planning prioritizes ventilation, privacy, and greenery, with balconies acting as semi-private extensions of living spaces. Clean lines, subtle detailing, and an uncluttered elevation come together to deliver a timeless urban residence that balances functionality with understated elegance.
